Job Description

You will be part of the Private Bank (PB) and Treasures Private Client (TPC) team providing support to the Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM) in client onboarding process.
You will gain insights to the bank\'s Legal & Compliance regulatory framework and procedural guidelines and be exposed to the bank\'s systems and operational capabilities.
You will work in partnership with business as well as various stakeholders and support units while on the job and gain exposure in the area of work ethics, organizational competencies and interpersonal skills.Job Scope

• Renders support to the PB and TPC teams in opening of client\'s account, working closely with the Client Service Managers (CSM) as well as Relationship Managers (RM) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM).
• Assist in the organization and preparation of the following:

• Screening of customers name on databases
• Preparation of account opening documents
• Courier account opening documents to client
• Data entry
• Ensure completion of task on timely basis
• Ensure complete and accurate case submission to facilitate a seamless account opening process.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in account opening in a banking environment.
• Has keen attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively to meet service-level agreements.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) as the role requires active interaction with business (front office teams) as well as middle office and stakeholders/business partners.
• Good organization skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
