Our client is a leading plant-based food and beverage manufacturerJob Summary:

• Located at Senoko (Sembawang)
• 5 Days Work Week (9.00AM to 6.10PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Oversee the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable processes.
• Process Goods Return Notes accurately and promptly.
• Handle local cheque deposits and update incoming funds in the NAV system.
• Maintain up-to-date customer accounts and ensure timely updates.
• Monitor overdue accounts, follow up with customers, and arrange debt collection.
• Reconcile customer collections with the bank ledger.
• Track and review weekly and monthly debtors' aging reports.
• Send Statements of Accounts to customers and address inquiries.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for Accounts Receivable.
• Record journal entries for accruals and adjustments.
• Prepare monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Identify areas for process improvements and strengthen existing procedures.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement(s):

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, possessing strong time management, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
