Account Receivable Officer * Working Days: 5 days Working Hours: 830am - 6pm // 830am - 530pm (Fri) Location: Raffles Place Salary: $2,600 - $3,200 Requirements: * 2 years of rele Account Receivable Officer Working Days: 5 days Working Hours: 830am - 6pm // 830am - 530pm (Fri) Location: Raffles Place Salary: $2,600 - $3,200 Requirements: 2 years of relevant experience Relevant certification Responsibilities: Review the lease information entered into system Prepare billings for rent, aircon, GTO rent, property tax Generate interest charges on overdue invoices. Prepare listing for tenants on GIRO payment scheme. Monitor AR ageing report Generate and send out Reminders and Statement of Accounts to tenants. Compile and generate intercompany billings Carpark and miscellaneous charges Ensure collection and recording of incomes.
