Account Receivables Executive & Credit Management (up To $4200)

About the Opportunity
This position will gain exposure to MNC operations and overseas book experience, working closely with an understanding Finance Manager and a supportive team. This on-site role provides practical finance knowledge and hands-on learning opportunities, all within a positive work culture that encourages growth, continuous learning, and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
Letter of Credit (LC) Management

  • Review LC terms and coordinate with Logistics on BL instructions.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit LC documents to banks for timely payment.
  • Liaise with banks to resolve discrepancies and monitor payment status.
Accounts Receivable (AR) Operations
  • Manage full AR cycle including invoicing, receipt posting, and reconciliation.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate AR records and assist in month-end closing.
Credit Control & Reporting
  • Monitor importer/dealer credit limits and unblock orders where appropriate.
  • Track over-limit or overdue accounts and ensure timely collection.
  • Consolidate APAC credit status and provide management updates.
Talent Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in AR, Letter of credit handling, and credit management, preferably with overseas books.
Strong knowledge of LC terms, AR operations, and credit control practices.
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a MNC environment.
Good communication skills to liaise with banks, internal teams, and overseas counterparts.
