Job Description

• Responsible for digitalization projects and system enhancements for the department.
• Monitor, track and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver automation initiatives within agreed timeline, scope, budget and quality.
• Work closely with internal teams and IT project team on user requirements, solutioning, UAT, implementation and post-implementation activities.
• Work with internal teams and IT to continuously explore digitization opportunities with latest technology.
• Work with Business Partners to optimise front-end digital channels with STP capabilities and reduce manual processing in operations.
• Change agent to support process transformation and digitization initiatives.
• Support business plans and ad-hoc reports or duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications
Requirements

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in IT / Banking and Finance or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in IT-related project management and well-verse in agile methodology of project delivery.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to foster a solid relationship with different stakeholders (operating level and business stakeholders).
• Passionate on driving changes through IT digitalization and automation.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy, and with a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate ability and flexibility to multi-task, and take on different roles and activities in fast-paced environment.
