Responsibilities:
To provide service to existing customers, make calls and schedule meetings to assess their needs. Identify and qualify potential prospects, conduct market research, and monitor competitors. Cultivate strong and enduring client relationships by introducing innovative products and solutions. Offer professional services through consultative selling, cross-selling, or up-selling as needed. Assist in generating and qualifying leads, arranging in-person meetings, and conducting sales presentations. Strive to achieve business growth and meet sales targets while upholding high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client servicing within engineering sales. Diploma, preferably in Engineering. Demonstrates a strong, positive attitude toward sales and customer service. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment. Exhibits strong teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal. Possesses analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
