Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing customer base
Ability to respond to customers' enquires and complaints in a professional manner
Understand the needs from customer and propose solutions accordingly
Recommend new products and services beneficial to customers, help marketer to generate more sales
Work closely with purchaser & designer to make sure project on track
Always provide a solution and suggestions to customer for area of improvements whenever relevant
Work towards achieving sales targets
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional working experience in corporate sales, key account management (preferred in gifting industry)
Strong presentation and analytical skills
Results driven, creative, and energetic
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Must be able to handle English and Chinese documents (need to communicate with Chinese speaking clients in regards with sales enquiries and quotations)
Additional Information:
Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon- Fri) and 2 half Saturday per month: 9am-1pm (Work From Home)
