Legal Entity Accounting

Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Financial Closing and Reporting for Singapore/Malaysia/Australia entities
Analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy & completeness
Accounts Payable Management
Accounts Receivable Management
Interco Accounting
Fixed Assets Accounting
Quarter end Stravis reporting to Japan HQ

Finance Operations

Manage daily accounting/financial operations for Singapore Regional HQ
Work with outsource service provider in managing invoice processing & employees reimbursement
Work with external accounting firms and stakeholders to manage the daily Finance Activities for Malaysia & Australia subsidiaries
Work with HR to ensure timely payroll transfers for Singapore, Malaysia & Australia
Work with Supply Chain to monitor movement of inventories to ensure that GR/PGIs/transfers are posted correctly & perform reconciliation of D365 inventory balance with warehouses records

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting
Healthcare industry experience is advantageous
Good knowledge of financial accounting, including regulatory requirements & accounting standards
Pro-active, self-motivated, skilled in multi-tasking & capacity to meet tight deadlines
High integrity, meticulous, results oriented and sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Experience with Dynamics 365, Tagetik system is advantageous
