Position objective and summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to provide maternity cover. You will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, ensuring accurate accounts, and supporting business operations with timely financial insights.

Main tasks/ activities/ responsibilities

Manage day-to-day finance operations and monthly closing. Prepare management reports, GST submissions, and subsidiaries consolidation schedules. Monitor cash flow, AR collections, and revenue reconciliations. Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance. Supervise an Accounts Executive and support ad-hoc finance projects.

Accuracy and timeliness of management reports and reporting packages. Compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Quality and reliability of financial analysis provided to management.

Job requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. 4-5 years of relevant working experience, including monthly closing. Strong knowledge of general accounting procedures. Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office (Excel, Word). Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (for communication with regional stakeholders).
