Position Title : Accountant
Working Day: 6 days (Monday - Saturday)
Working Hours: 44 hours per week + OT
Location: Orchard
Salary : $3,500 - $5,000 (OT Claimable)
Responsibilities:
- Review of subsidiaries\' monthly accounts, reporting packages and tax filing documents, and responsible for accurate and timely month-end closing and tax filing of subsidiaries
- Performance of variance analysis and preparation of key management financial reports
- Monitoring cash flows and capital requirements of subsidiaries
- Provision of guidance on accounting issues to regional subsidiaries
- Drafting of statutory financial statements
- Liaise with outsourced accountant, company secretary, auditor and tax consultant of subsidiaries
- Co-ordination of Group forecasting and budgetary process
- Maintain and ensure compliance to accounting policies, guidelines and internal control systems as laid down by Head Office
- Assist in other financial matters as required
- Min. Diploma in Account field
- 3-5 years relevant account experience in FnB / Education industry
- Xero / Odoo Accounting system will be an advantage.
