Responsibilities:

Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly management account annual financial statements Responsible for accounting processes and tasks which includes GL, account reconciliation, schedule maintenance etc Coordinate and liaise with internal department members to support all accounting reporting and operation matters Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal Assist in new processes and system implementation when required Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Executive/Accountant with full set accounting experience Experience in accounting for the Singapore market is required Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero ERP Implementation experience highly preferred CPA certification strongly preferred Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Solid understanding of financial statements and financial analysis techniques
