Temp Accountant (Accounting System Migration Project) - 1 Month

Job scope

• Data sorting, mapping and transformation
• Enter receipts and allocate to sales invoices in the new system
• Enter payments and allocate to purchase invoices in the new system
• Enter journal vouchers in the system
• Verify transactions between new system and old system
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and correct results input in the new system

Job Requirements

• Degree / diploma in finance and accounting
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of finance and accounting experience
• Proficient with MS Office and Accounting Software
• Proficient in VBA and advance excel functions
• Knowledge on python & javascript will be a bonus
• Meticulous, Pro-active and Resourceful
• Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines
• Highly independent with good working attitude
• Dependable team player with good communication skills
• Tech savvy
• Fast learner
