Roles & Responsibilities
Work location: Changi Airport
Type of employment: full-time, commencing immediately on a full salary after completing 2 months of probation time and on-job training.
SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,000
Our successful candidate's main duties include:
- Processing weekly sale reports, payments, and bank reconciliation
- Monitoring ticket issues, refunds, authorizing refunds, creating ADM/ ACM (Agent debit memo, agent credit memo).
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Processing payroll.
- Tending to travel agents and/or passengers’ refunds and to suppliers’ payment inquiries/requests.
- Receiving the pax manifests from station staff, input, calculate and process PSSF payment to CAG weekly.
- Verifying and providing new AWB to CSA per request. Preparing overriding commission report to agent and proceeding quarterly. Sending AWBs and cargo manifest to HO.
- All other office administration duties.
- Advanced Diploma/Bachelor of finance or accounting:
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
- Proven interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven English proficiency with a minimum score of 600 (TOEIC) or 500 (TOEFL) or 6.0 (IELTS)
- Vietnamese speaking is an advantage.
