- Create and maintain updated client information and key processes for each client.
- Reconciling bank transactions across multiple companies
- Managing general ledger balances
- Preparing and analyzing balance sheet
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including payroll purchase orders invoices statements etc.
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks
- Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit

- Minimum of 5-year bookkeeping with multiple clients and at least an Associate in Accounting
- At least one year working directly in QBO
- Proficiency in accounting technology stack (Bill.com, Dext, Asana)
- Prior experience working with entrepreneurs
- 1 year of remote work experience
- Client facing skills - must be able to communicate with clients, both on the phone and through email.
