We are currently seeking a skilled Accountant to join a established Singapore real estate investment trust. You will be working with experienced professionals who are well known in making impact in the regional real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and reporting activities.
- Generate financial and managerial reports.
- Analyze the financial performance of various business segments.
- Coordinate with operational units for financial performance analysis and addressing financial concerns.
- Ensure accounting reports adhere to approved accounting and tax regulations, standards, and practices.
- Support financial process review and re-engineering efforts.
- Contribute to the budgeting process.
- Participate in finance projects as needed, and collaborate with business units, auditors, legal and tax advisors, SGX, and MAS on relevant matters.

Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in treasury will be a plus
- Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
