Job Description
Our client in the Real Estate company is looking for an Accountant to join the team!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing and involved in full spectrum of the General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Responsible for timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters such as management reports, financial statements, analysis of results, budgeting and forecasting, EVA, Corporate tax, audit schedules intercompany reconciliation as well as checking of payment records.
- Assist in year-end group and local statutory audit.
- Support finance teams on group policies.
- To review and align report financials performed by onshore finance teams.
- Liaise with tax consultants on year end and taxation matters.
- Active participation and contribution to standardise and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- Other ad-hoc matters assigned.
- Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA/ Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in handling General Ledger in Real Estate Industry will be preferred.
- Hands on experience in using SAP system is advantageous.
- Meticulous, analytical and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and able to work as a team player.
