Responsibilities

• Perform data entry / checking of customer invoice posting upon invoice approval including making payments into banking platform
• Perform cashin entries into accounting system after payment is done.
• Perform data entry / checking of supplier invoice posting upon invoice approval including making payments into banking platform
• Perform cashout entries into accounting system after payment is done.
• Prepare bank reconciliation for office bank accounts
• Prepare AR and AP schedules and AR and AP ageing on monthly and yearly basis.
• Perform journal entries for Balance Sheet items for Singapore office and satellite office
• Check and approve journal slips for AR, AP and GL for Singapore entities
• Prepare monthly schedules of Balance sheet schedules including updating checklist
• Assist in checking completeness of supporting documents prior to auditors check
• Assist in checking and verifying vessel payments.
• Assist in preparing cash out and approving cash out in accounting system
• Perform fixed asset additions and depreciation using accounting system
• Perform fixed asset disposal.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of hand-on accounting experience (including fullset)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in accounting software and/or ERP system
• Minimum diploma in relevant studies
