Accountant Location: Temasek Avenue (City Hall) Working Days: Monday - Friday ( 1 day WFH option TBD with supervisor) Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9am - 6pm (Flexi working hour to avoid peak h Accountant Location: Temasek Avenue (City Hall) Working Days: Monday - Friday ( 1 day WFH option TBD with supervisor) Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9am - 6pm (Flexi working hour to avoid peak hour) Salary : Max $4500 Requirement Possess at least diploma in accounting or related professional accounting certificates Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience Independent and able to work under minimum supervision Able to communicate professionally with all stakeholders Job Scope Preparation of full set of accounts include AP, AR, and GL for Indonesia entities Perform monthly bank reconciliation Work closely with commercial and local team on the shipments status and prepare monthly shipment listings report Prepare month end management reports to senior management Monitor and manage the AR aging for any long overdue debtors Assist in daily operation and enter remittance in bank for approval Prepare monthly tax summary for submission Other ad hoc duties as assigned
