• Bundall Accounting Team
• Clark Accounting Team
• Resort staff, General Managers and Regional directors

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by:

• Oversee financial month-end reporting function for Club Wyndham Administration internal departments (seven departments) and provide analysis of costs.
• Ownership of assigned areas within the Club budgeting and forecast process.
• Monthly reporting and analysis of CAPEX project spend which goes directly to senior operational stakeholders.
• Assisting the CWSP Senior Corporate Accountant and Finance Manager – Hospitality with the delivery of financial, accounting and analytical projects.
• Responsibility of ensuring the accruracy of reporting of key accounts including Club levies (circa $100m annually).
• Responsible for the maintenance of the fixed asset register for the Club.
• Analysis and ownership of Building Reserve fund spend.
• Ownership of the refurbishment accounts for the Club’s resorts including liaising with the Property Development team and posting additions to the fixed asset register upon refurbishment completion.
• Posting depreciation and all Fixed Asset movements into the Accounting System including the reconciliation between the Fixed Asset reports to the Accounting System.
• Reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating general accrual and prepayment registers for Club Wyndham Administration internal departments.
• Preparation of month-end journals relating to reservations revenue and Owner levies revenue recognition.
• Assisting the team with the financial analysis of the month-end results of Contracted Resorts
• Month end deliverables as directed.
• Monthly reconciliation of selected accounts.
• Ensuring tight financial controls are maintained and enhanced in compliance with group directives, policies and sound accounting practices.

OTHER POTENTIAL TASKS: Other potential tasks to be carried out on top of the primary tasks:

• Preparation and submission of capital expenditure requests.
• Assist team members with reporting deliverables including the preparation of monthly P&L’s and providing financial performance analysis.
• Asset management tasks including completion of asset clearing account.

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

• Accounting degree / or qualification
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Above average excel skills
• Exposure to a multi-currency environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with a desire to continuously improve processes with the ability to also work autonomously
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Possess good communication skills
