Accountant (consolidation)

Job Description
- In charge of monthly group consolidation for several entities and management reporting, variance analysis and commentaries
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Annual statutory reporting
- Oversee closing of monthly management accounts and reviewing of payments for HQ and several entitites
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents
- Provide recommendations and analysis of M&A activities and due diligence
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a related role in Consolidations
- At least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player\xef\xbb\xbf
