Job Summary:


We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations, including reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations while supporting the finance team. Job Responsibilities

Manage full sets of accounts for the group Handle petty cash and office expenses Record transactions including fixed asset additions and depreciation Maintain accurate accounting records and financial document filing Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment collection Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis File tax returns (e.g., corporate income tax, GST) in compliance with regulations Liaise with auditors, bankers, and government agencies for financial matters Coordinate and support annual audit processes

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IFRS Proficient in accounting software Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Able to work independently and within a team
