Summary
- Location: City Hall
- Up $ 2600
- Completion Bonus
- 5 Days Office Hours
- Manage all incoming enquiries from employers/clients regarding product
- Work with the ground team to ensure positive experience for the clients
- Understand the need of companies and propose solution to resolve teething issues faced by them.
- Monitor the invoices generated
- Manual bill companies where necessary
- Ensure Plato's billing is done correctly and close off all outstanding bills at the end of the month.
- Education: Minimum GCE O Level
- Detailed and meticulous
- Able to work independently and engage stakeholders professionally
- Effective communicator and team player
- Comfortable with Excel
