Location: Singapore


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Occasional Saturday if required)


Salary Range: S$2,800 - S$3,300


Medical Benefits: Provided


13th Month Bonus: Not applicable


Performance Bonus: Based on company performance





Job Responsibilities





Accounting Duties:





1. Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions.


2. Perform a full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.


3. Prepare monthly management reports and perform analytical reviews on financial performance and profitability.


4. Post all journals, including prepayments, accruals, management adjustments, and reclassifications.


5. Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations.


6. Ensure timely statutory reporting for Audit, Tax, and GST matters.


7. Maintain compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.


8. Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries when required.


9. Manage debtor collections and follow-up on outstanding balances.


10. Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.


11. Handle payment vouchers and prepare payments.


12. Undertake any other ad hoc accounting-related assignments.





HR & Administrative Duties:





Maintain and update employee records including hiring, transfers, terminations, and leave tracking (annual, medical, and personal). Manage proper filing of medical leave certificates and HR-related documents. Prepare and issue payslips for staff, crew, and freelancers. Liaise with MOM for work permit and pass applications. Liaise with MPA/ICA for crew-related matters when necessary. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. Maintain pantry and office supplies inventory; manage meeting room arrangements. Perform other ad hoc administrative or HR tasks as assigned.


Requirements:





Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting and/or HR functions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Independent, responsible, and well-organized.
