As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a highly competent and self-driven Accountant cum Admin cum HR to join their team. This is a one-man show role requiring strong full-set accounting knowledge and multitasking skills.Job Details:xf0x9fx93x8d Location: Kallang Place

Key Responsibilities:Accounting:

• Manage the full set of accounts independently, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Handle intercompany transactions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax filings (GST/WHT/CIT/XBRL).

HR:

• Oversee payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR8A filings, and leave management.
• Manage insurance renewals and work pass applications.

Administration:

• Coordinate with IT support, manage office supplies, and handle lease renewals.

Requirements:xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f Strong full-set accounting knowledge (essential for a one-man show role).
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f Experience in the manufacturing industry is crucial.
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f Proficiency in English & Mandarin (to handle documents and liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts in China & the USA).
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
