Main Responsibilities:
Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare financial statements and reports
Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Assist with budget preparation and management
Conduct financial analyses to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Develop and implement internal controls to minimize financial risk
Collaborate with other departments such as HR and operations to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Relevant professional certification such as the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Extensive experience in accounting or finance
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
Experience managing and coordinating audits
Experience in setting up new accounting systems and processes
Pass the fit and proper criteria set by MAS
