We are looking for an

Accountant & Finance Manager

who is ready to play a key role in supporting our growth. This is not just an accounting role -- it's a chance to partner with management and shareholders, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reconciliation

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Perform regular bank, supplier and customer reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely settlements.

Financial Statements & Reporting

Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements

and cash flow statements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to

management, and shareholders

. Consolidate reports across multiple entities (retail, travel retail, e-commerce).

Cash Flow & Budgeting

Monitor and forecast

cash flow

to support operational needs and strategic decisions. Support budget preparation, and cost control initiatives. Provide financial insights to guide growth strategies and investments.

Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and international group policies. Maintain strong internal controls and governance practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or related field

; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 4-6 years of experience in accounting/finance (luxury retail, FMCG, or e-commerce experience is a plus). Solid knowledge of

accounting standards, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes

. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems. Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized. Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. Fluency in English required; other Asian languages are a plus.
