Position : Accountant
Location: RAFFLES PLACE
Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working time: 9am to 6pm
Salary: $3000 - $4000
Job Scope
- Handling daily transactions and settlements (including all types of reimbursements, receipts and payments, invoices, payroll, CPF payments, etc.);
- Handling full set of accounts and preparation of month-end closing journals, income statements, balance sheets, ensuring timely, complete and accurate posting of accounting entries into the accounting system.
- Handling monthly bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and preparing financial budgets and forecasts, audits, tax filings, and any other relevant filings in a timely basis.
- Assist for the filing of various government grants, regulatory reporting, and other related tasks.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks given by the management.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance/ Accounting or relevant discipline or ACCA.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant investment, accounting and financial experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as excel, Microsoft Business Central Dynamics and Microsoft financial systems.
