Responsibilities:
Assist in hands on fullsets accounts including accounts payable, general ledgers and closing reports
Assist Department Head in overseeing the day-to-day finance operations, ensure the accounts are prepared in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standard.
Oversee the monthly closing of management accounts, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and neatness of the audit schedules.
Assist in GST returns on timely basis.
Oversee the inventory system, ensuring the integrity of the warehouse. Arrange year end stock take at warehouse
Liaise with external auditor on queries during financial year end audit.
Liaise with corporate secretary and tax consultant on secretarial and taxation matters.
Job requirements:
Minimum degree in Finance & Accountancy or equivalent to ACCA or CPA qualifications
10-15 years of relevant accounting experience dealing with hands on fullsets with supervisory experience
Meticulous with an eye for details, good team player and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot table) is a must
Good verbal and written communication skill (English)
