Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Overseeing and reviewing works done by the Finance Team.
- To ensure correct GL coding, check payment voucher, receipt voucher and journal voucher done by Accounts Executive (AE)
- Prepare and review audit schedule and follow up outstanding matters
- Monthly review sales & expenses and perform posting in system
- Conduct posting of monthly revaluation of exchange gain & loss in system
- Produce monthly closing reports - PL & BS and TB from accounting system and management report slides
- Support in cash flow projection and assist to monitor cash flow movement
- Prepare Quarterly GST report
- Degree in accounting and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
