Job Summary:

• Company background: Investment
• Working location: Central Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, (Mon - Fri) 8.45a.m. - 5.30p.m. (Hybrid mode)
• Salary Range: up to S$ 5500 (dep on exp) + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise/Review/Prepare the accounting, finance and administrative matters of the Singapore and overseas entities
• Coordinate and handle internal and external audit, taxation, company secretarial matters
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to corporate office, including consolidation
• Cashflow monitoring and liaise with Bank for account opening, placement, etc.
• Compliance with corporate governance, tax and regulatory (MAS) requirements
• Prepare and manage Group Budgeting
• Corporate affairs and administrative matters and liaise with related service providers

Requirements

• Relevant studies in accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent.
• Strong in FRS/IFRS requirements and Companies Act
• Experience with MAS compliance in a fund management industry will be a plus
• Exposure in Asia Pacific in accounting and tax is an advantage
