Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a leading specialty chemicals company. Listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2005. They are actively looking for an Accountant to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly goods & services tax report
- Prepare half yearly income tax supporting schedules
- Liaise with tax agent on direct tax matters
- GST ACAP status renewal
- Liaise with external auditors and support finalization of audit
- Filing of statistical returns to department of statistic
- Liaise with shared service center in India on various accounting matters
- Support business units on finance and accounting matters
- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years\' relevant experience in similar capacity
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel), SAP
- Meticulous, diligent, with positive attitude, and a team player
- Able to take pressure and to work under tight deadlines
