Job Description

Working Days: 5 Days Work Week
Working Timing: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Office: Changi South Lane / Few Bus Stop from Simei MRT
Salary: $ 4,000 - $ 5,500Responsibilities:

• Month-end / year-end closing and reporting
• Maintain strict compliance to GST procedures
• Preparation of journal and month end schedules
• Responsible of full set account
• Review and analyse monthly reports
• Handle fixed assets & ensure the accuracy of the recording
• Intercompany and related company settlements, review all reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Supervise & mentor Accounts Assistant daily tasks
• Assist in improving & develop internal controls & ensure controls are being enforces
• Contribute to ad-hoc assignments / reports when required
• Secretarial and tax matters
• Document key business process flows
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and others
• Assist in annual budget exercise
• Preparation of monthly financial and management reports, example: FS Report (Profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet and forecast)
• Co-ordination and liaison with other departments on administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accountancy degree or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in AX dynamic is a plus
