Description
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards and group guidelines.
- Monitor and analysis of monthly reporting results against Budget / Forecast / Prior Year.
- Plan and manage budgeting and forecasting by coordinating with other departments.
- Prepare quarterly GST submissions and annual corporate income tax filings with IRAS.
- Prepare vehicle costing, commission / incentives payout and computation of staff car benefits.
- Monitor company\'s treasury arrangements, cash flow position and prepare cash management plan.
- Conduct annual / periodic stock take and assets verifications.
- Business partnering with the Heads of Departments and their teams to help improve business performance and optimize costs.
- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA with at least 10 years of relevant experience, which 3 years are in a leadership role.
- Strong IFRS acumen and understanding of financial & tax reporting
