Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add a/an Accountant located in Kallang, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Prepare weekly actual cash status and cash flow forecast report.
• Prepare NWC file by customer and by site level to review with controller.
• Review and approve Quarterly GST returns. Lead ACAP audit.
• Review and approve submission of online customer maintenance form.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable Department (GBS India) to ensure accurate and timely management of all Accounts Receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts application, etc.
• Review and approve submission of online vendor maintenance form.
• Oversee Accounts Payable Department (GBS India) to ensure accurate and timely management of all Accounts payable. Review with GBS and procurement team and resolve blocked invoices, aged GRNI, Aged AP and Debit balance.
• Review and provide GL code for blocked AP invoices through EBPM.
• Review and approve payments for staff claims (T&E).
• Review balance sheet schedules for AR, AP, Payroll and T&E accounts.
• Review Hedging/Forex
• Responsible for record retention.
• Responsible for scrap process (Items Scrap Verification, Scrap Vendor Collection, Scrap Billing AR AP)
• Responsible for Government Survey (EDB monthly & annual survey, Singtat)
• Participate and support company yearly physical inventory count.
• Participate in yearly SOX documentation and Roadmaps.
• Assist in adhoc treasury request like BG, GIRO, etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and perform ad-hoc duties.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and training.
• A background in manufacturing/cost accounting is preferred.
• Masters Business Administration is preferred.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience.
