Job Description

- Position Title: Accounts Executive
- Working Location: East - Loyang (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)
- Working Hours: 5. Days (Mon to Thurs 8 am-6 pm, Fri 8 am-5 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Manage customer invoicing and track incoming payments.
- Perform account reconciliations and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Process vendor invoices and prepare payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate AP records.
- Conduct credit checks and establish credit terms for new customers.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection efforts.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Min. ITE in Accounting
- Min. 2 years of working experience in accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and credit/collections
- Familiar with QuickBook is a plus
- Able to start work on short notice
