Position Title: Accounts Executive
Working Location: East - Loyang (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)
Working Hours: 5. Days (Mon to Thurs 8 am-6 pm, Fri 8 am-5 pm)
Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer invoicing and track incoming payments.
Perform account reconciliations and follow up on overdue accounts.
Resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Process vendor invoices and prepare payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate AP records.
Conduct credit checks and establish credit terms for new customers.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection efforts.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Min. ITE in Accounting
Min. 2 years of working experience in accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and credit/collections
Familiar with QuickBook is a plus
Able to start work on short notice
