Provide core finance and accounting functions including month end close process and reconciliation activities
Recommend and implement processes, projects or outputs that will maximize productivity and efficiencies
Prepare reports and analysis on the financial performance of the company compared to Budget, Prior Periods or Forecast and to highlight and present key trends that will impact management decisions
Collaborate with different teams internally within Finance and across multi-functional teams to deliver value to the company
Coaches and transfers knowledge to less experienced team members and process users
Assist in periodic BIR/LGU tax audit compliance
Performs ad hoc tasks as required by the department

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Professional License or Diploma/Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferably with Netsuite background or other ERP Systems
Proficient in MS Excel formulas and functions
At least 3 years working experience in corporate finance and taxation, financial planning, and cost accounting.
Strong technical, analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Has background in wholesale and retail business operating processes and practices
