Accountant
Job Description
Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with other departments for accurate record-keeping and accounting support. 2. Review financial documents for accuracy and identify areas of concern. 3. Work with auditors to manage yearly statutory audits, financial statements, and statutory filings. 4. Provide timely and accurate GST/withholding tax/corporate tax filing to relevant authorities. 5. Coordinate and liaise with the Corporate Tax Team and external parties, including tax agents and government authorities as needed. 6. Maintain clear and timely communication with other departments and offices to ensure smooth workflow. 7. Collaborate with the corporate secretary to ensure compliance. 8. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager. Requirements
- A degree in Accounting/Professional Accounting Qualification, such as ACCA will be preferred.
- 2-3 years of accounting, auditing or taxation experience in an audit firm or enterprise.
- Working knowledge of Accounting Standards
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Professional knowledge of Local taxes and legal requirements and good knowledge of accounting practices
- Experienced in international finance and tax work
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor\'s or equivalent (Required)
- Accounting: 2 years (Required)
