:The CompanyOur client, in the real estate sector, is currently looking for an accountant to join their dynamic team.The RoleThe job involves managing the full set of accounts for subsidiaries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, rental invoicing, and AR collection monitoring, as well as intercompany invoicing for management fees and reimbursements. Responsibilities include processing payments, reconciling intercompany transactions and bank accounts monthly, and tracking bank movements and fixed deposits. Additionally, the role requires maintaining the fixed assets register, computing and filing taxes, and handling quarterly GST submissions. Other key duties include liaising with auditors, preparing accurate IFRS-compliant financial reports, contributing to SGX reporting, group consolidated accounts, board meeting notes, annual budget preparation, and financial statement development. The role also entails assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed.Your ProfileThe desired candidate should possess a degree in Accountancy or certification as a CPA, ACCA, or CA, along with at least 4 years of work experience. This experience should comprise at least 4 years handling full set of accounts.
