You will assist in the preparation of financial statements, maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities: * Bookkeeping: Assist with recording day-to-day financial transactions.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Bank Reconciliations: Ensure accuracy between bank statements and general ledger.
• Process staff expense claims
• Sales commission calculations
• Other Support to senior accountants and finance team as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification or progress towards certification.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance roles (internships or entry-level positions).

Working Conditions:

• Typical office environment.
• May require occasional overtime during peak periods (e.g., month-end or year-end closing).
