Who We\'re Looking For:

We are looking for an Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive to work with our Head of Operations to handle the full set of accounts.

Job Highlights:

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Office is a few minutes\xe2\x80\x99 sheltered walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT
• Possibility for remote work

Your role:

• Handle full set of Accounts
• Prepare and maintain accounting ledgers, journals and schedules
• Prepare supporting documents for accounts
• Handle Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
• Handle GL accounts and codes
• Handle reconciliation with Banks
• Review depreciation, assets disposals and maintain fixed assets schedules
• Ensure closing is completed within stipulated timelines
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing and variance report including supporting schedules
• Monitor cashflow
• Prepare statutory filings such as GST and corporate tax submissions
• Prepare payments for vendors and staff-related claims
• Liaise with external auditors during audit
• Liaise with corporate secretary on relevant matters
• Assist with annual budget preparation
• Assist with preparing management reports to update stakeholders
• Any other assignments as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing full set of accounts
• Familiar with Singapore Tax and Accounting Regulations
• Meticulous, organised, able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and analytical skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
