Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting entries including vouchers, AR/AP, and expense claims Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing Prepare financial statements and support tax filing and external audit Maintain fixed asset registers and perform depreciation accounting Manage financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in shipping, logistics, or multinational companies Familiar with general ledger, financial reporting, and tax filing processes Proficient in accounting software and Excel, with good command of English and Chinese * Meticulous, responsible, and able to work under pressure
