The

Accountant - AR

plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial stability and liquidity of the assigned market. By optimizing receivables processes, managing customer relationships, and mitigating credit risk, the incumbent ensures that the organization has the cash flow needed to fuel growth and innovation. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a blend of strategic thinking, financial expertise, resilient attitude and making a significant impact in the organization.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute...

Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations for the assigned market, ensuring timely delivery within agreed KPIs and SLAs.o Own and maintain AR subledger accounts with full accountability for accurate reconciliation and proactive management of overdue receivables. Drive effective credit control and collection strategies to minimize credit risk and optimize cash flow. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance Directors, FP&A, Sales, Internal Control) and external parties (customers, auditors) to support business objectives. Manage service billing processes, including inter-company invoicing and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Monitor client balances closely, reducing aged receivables through regular communication and collection follow-up. Prepare and present detailed monthly credit and collection reports to management and key stakeholders. Oversee client onboarding, credit term setting, contract management, and ERP system maintenance for AR activities. Ensure monthly account closing is accurate, timely, and compliant, investigating and resolving any anomalies. Enforce robust internal controls and AR policies aligned with corporate governance standards. Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement projects by contributing to requirement gathering, impact analysis, and user acceptance testing.

Proficiency in Korean is mandatory; native-level fluency is highly preferred. Proven finance and accounting experience in complex, multicultural organizational environments is a strong advantage Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP B1, SAP HANA, Salesforce, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is preferred. Involvement in at least one system implementation or automation project, with experience in requirement gathering, change impact analysis, or user acceptance testing, is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable management is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and actively contribute in team meetings, resolve conflicts, and propose effective solutions. Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Luxury Goods sectors is a plus. Experience in credit management is a plus Commercially savvy and data-driven, with proven ability in strategic planning, financial analysis, and managing complex financial data.

Chateau Galoupet is a progressive wine estate of 77 hectares of protected woodland and 69 hectares of vineyards, certified organic since May 2023.


The estate was acquired by Moet Hennessy in 2019 - the first Cru Classe in its portfolio - with a clearly defined vision: craft elevated expressions of an exceptional terroir with utmost respect for nature and the environment, from ground to glass. For four years the team has worked closely with a community of experts to restore a rare ecosystem and adapt its viticultural practices to respect the natural balance of the vine in its environment. Home to just one of 12 queen bee fertilization stations in the world, the estate aims to express the full potential of the terroir in a sanctuary for biodiversity while being a lighthouse for sustainability within LVMH, and for environmental practices in the wine industry.
