Job Responsibilities:

Prepare full set of accounts for month-end, Quarter-end and year-end closing independently. Handle inter-company transactions for fund transfer, IC loan and payment. Prepare GL accounts analysis and IC reconciliation. Liaise external/internal auditor. Assist in day-to-day treasury functions. Check, review and recording employee's claim. Assist in overseeing financial operations and working closely with internal and external parties. Participate annual budget. Responsible for all tax and other statutory returns. Perform ad-hoc duties or project support as assigned.

Qualifications:

Diploma holder or above in Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines. Membership of Singapore CPA or equivalent is a plus. A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting / auditing preferably with CPA firms Fluent in English and Mandarin for business level as required to deal with Chinese speaker counterpart. Must be proactive, flexible, and independent in delivering results and driving changes. * Must be detail-minded with stable and responsible personalities.
