Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities. Maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts. Responsible for bookkeeping, month end closing, maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts in accordance with SFRS and company accounting policy. Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation, expense reconciliation, monthly breakdown of balance sheet items and other management reports required by management. Tracking of Account Payables and Account Receivables. Review and handle GST submission. Prepare financial statement. Ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements. Assist in handling tax compliance and tax efficiency initiatives. Participate in other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Accounting degree with at least 3 years of commercial and some audit experiences would be preferred. Self-motivated, attentive to details, strong communication skills, and quick learner Good sense of ownership and able to work in a dynamic environment High proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Singapore tax law, tax-related requirements and financial reporting standards * Proficient in Excel, and knowledgeable in accounting systems such as Million, Quickbooks, Xero
