Full Spectrum of accounting (AP, AR & GL), bookkeeping of monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts preparing of full set accounts, financial statements, including consolidation account.
Prepare and filing of GST
Prepare annual tax return and tax schedules, Calculation of corporate tax, and filing of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), Form C, Form C-S
Prepare reporting documents i.e. financial statements and management reports in XBRL format to the relevant authority (ACRA) as required
Answer client queries
Liaising with IRAS officers on outstanding and disputed issues
Prepare documents for Loan Submission
Keep Track of clients for the instalment collection
Keep Track of the rental vehicle's monthly repayment
Prepare documents for Accident Claim submission
Other duties as assigned
Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/ICCI/ACCA equivalent
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience and preferably with experience in construction companies would be an added advantage
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, MYOB, Quickbook, Xero, Web Master
Able to work under pressure / tight deadlines
Able to handle clients' queries in a timely and professional manner
Able to work independently
