Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle full set of accounts Manage reconciliation. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and schedules, including bank reconciliations. Review payments and manage cash flow. Preparation of quarterly GST tax calculations Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Support Finance Manager to prepare information for monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts and annual budget. Support Finance Manager to prepare information for external parties, such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, local tax authorities and government authorities. Ensure compliance with tax regulations for a Singapore trading company. Participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects whenever needs arise.

Key Requirements:



Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience Diploma/degree or professional qualifications in Accounting/Finance or related discipline Experience with XERO is a plus Proficient in local accounting standards and tax regulations Organized, professional and meticulous Proactive, team-oriented and able to meet goals and deadlines * Good computer skills on MS Office (Words, Excel)
