About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accountant to join our financial team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to key stakeholders. This position is critical to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Support the month-end and year-end closing processes Provide financial advice and insights to management to support decision-making Maintain and continuously improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar financial accounting role, preferably with

audit experience

and

construction industry

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and regulations Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills
