Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
Manage payroll, staff claims, and suppliers' payments
Monitor cash flow and ensure proper recording of daily sales transactions
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions
Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years of accounting experience (F&B industry experience preferred)
Proficient in accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
* Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage
