Accountant

Job Scope:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Accountant

to join our accounting firm. The candidate will be responsible for preparing full sets of accounts and financial reports for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain

full sets of accounts

for clients, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

in accordance with accounting standards. Handle

corporate tax computation

and

prepare tax schedules

for submission. Prepare and file

Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI)

and

Form C/Form C-S

for corporate clients. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities on accounting and tax-related matters. Ensure all accounting records are accurate, complete, and comply with statutory requirements. Assist in

ad hoc accounting and reporting tasks

as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit firm preferred. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel. Good understanding of

Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

and

corporate tax regulations

. Meticulous, independent, and able to manage multiple client accounts concurrently. * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
