Oversee and maintain accurate records of all financial accounts.
Prepare and deliver monthly financial and management reports on time.
Evaluate and project costs, identify variances, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and interim audits to ensure compliance and timely completion.
Provide financial analysis and insights on project performance, risks, and cash flow to aid decision-making.
Review and refine project management and reporting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Present financial updates and key findings during project and management meetings.
Compile and submit financial reports and surveys required by government authorities.
Prepare and review payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Perform any other duties or assignments as instructed from time to time.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification.
At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within project-based or construction accounting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Proven ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
